Understanding the U.K. Global Qualifications Framework
EduQual U.k. is a prestigious accrediting and awarding body that subscribes to the U.K. global qualifications framework. The last five years has seen a significant change in the U.K and global education and accreditation with levels now being assigned to the qualification. This way institutions and employers across the globe can now easily understand the level of qualifications achieved by students. No longer do students have to study for 3 to 4 years to obtain a degree level qualification or 2 -3 years for a master's level qualification if they do not wish to do so for high cost or lengthy time reasons. Under the framework students could now obtain those levels of qualifications but in a shorter period of time and still be accredited and recognized in the framework and by employers.
The U.K. RQF framework lists the Qualifications Levels as follows
Level 8 - PhD / Doctoral
Level 7 - Master's Degree / Post Graduate
Level 6 - Degree / Graduate
Level 5 - Advanced Diploma / Associate Degree
Level 4 - Diploma
Level 3 - Certificate

Tips for choosing the right forensic training provider
Forensic programs rank among the most lucrative and demanded training programs out there. Therefore choosing the right forensic training provider is important because good programs should satisfy court acceptability standards for your training to have its true value. The following tips should help you choose the right provider:
1. Make sure that the organisation that issues your qualification is approved or accredited and also by a body that they themselves are approved body and possess the authority to issue qualifications. Some societies and organizations issue qualifications but they themselves are not approved by the Department of Education in the US or legitimate awarding bodies or by one of the U.K regulatory bodies to issue such qualifications. This is important because if you have such a qualification and you are required to present your work at a court trial then a simple question by an attorney as to whether the body that issues your qualification is approved to do so or not, could render your work and your time and costs to study to become virtually useless. If your provider does not state who gives their awarding body the authority to issue awards then chances they do not have such authority or approval.
2. Ensure that the persons who provide your training are properly qualified to do so. Your trainers should possess at least degree level, ACCA, CPA or similar level qualifications or above. Importantly, check to see that trainers have not been the subject of ethical violations such as criminal charges or suspensions from professional organisations. If this happens this could also jeopardize your work from being used at court trials.
3. While not compulsory, it is good if your trainer could also certify your work (in addition to your awards). A court qualified trainer can do this . This means that not only are you qualified but that you are also certified.
